Continuing Education Credits
- MHA is approved to provide continuing education by:
- Board of Social Work Examiners of the State of Maryland
- National Board for Certified Counselors (provider #5796)
- Based on approval by the above licensing boards, continuing education credits provided by Mental Health Association will be accepted by the licensing boards of the District of Columbia and Virginia for social workers.
- MHA will provide continuing education certificates to Social Workers and Counselors who are in attendance for the entire program, after which they may collect their certificates. MHA will not issue or reissue certificates after each event has ended. Certificates for Psychologists will either be available at the end of the event or mailed afterward.
Event Start Times: Times listed include ½-hour registration and continental breakfast period.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available to those who inform MHA of their inability to attend AT LEAST 2 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the day of that event. No refunds will be issued after that time.
Pre-Registration Policy/Walk-in Policy: Pre-registration deadline is 12:00 noon the business day before the event. There is an additional $15 fee for registrants after that time.
